Are you familiar with micro-needling?
A few people have asked me how to use a micro-needling roller, so here’s a quick video:
This non-invasive micro-needling or micro-exfoliating tool contains 200 stainless steel micro-acupuncture needles that safely condition the uppermost layer of skin for a firmer, more youthful appearance. Used with our overnight serum (packed with retinol and peptides), the roller helps to shed dead skin cells to visibly improve skin texture and minimize the appearance of pores and wrinkles. Client results have been incredible. Here are a few examples:
Wondering how micro-needling works?
When those tiny little needles roll over the skin, they delicately and painlessly pierce the top layer of skin which triggers epidermal growth factors. Think of it like other parts of the body…when you get a scratch or small cut, your skin immediately goes into a slight panic mode, sending healing signals to the “trauma” in an effort to repair it. Many people liken it to aerating your yard. By creating these microscopic micro-channels, the skin cells are triggered to regenerate and resurface the layer of skin.
Additionally, the micro-channels allow the peptide and retinol-packed night serum to penetrate deeper into the skin, encouraging faster, improved results.
I’ll admit, initially I was slightly terrified of this tool. After my first use my skin was a little bit red…but that’s to be expected. After 2-3 more uses, the redness subsided and now the texture of my skin has never looked better. Many of our clients use it every night. I tend to use it 3-4 nights a week.
Whether you’re dealing with post-acne scars, saggy skin, crow’s feet, loss of firmness, large pores, or uneven skin texture, using a micro-exfoliating roller could be just the remedy you need.
Most of our clients start seeing results in about 30-45 days, but some may take as long as 2-3 months. Remember, everyone’s skin is different, so results and response times vary.
